RESOLUTION NO. 61-282 ACCEPTING DEED WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROY N. EDWARDS and MAYBELLE A. HAMMELhave presented <br /> <br />to the City a deed dated October 3, 1961, conveying a parcel of real <br />property located on the Southeast corner of Flower and Eighth Streets <br />in consideration of the payment of $45,000.00 for said land and the <br />payment of $11,287.41 for certain personal property located on said <br />land. Said sum of $11,287.41 is to be deposited into the escrow by <br />the City of Santa Aha and is to be paid to the Standard Oil Company <br />of California, or its order, at such time as the escrow holder can <br />deliver to the City of Santa Ana a Bill of Sale from Standard Oil <br />Company for said personal property located on said land, together with <br />an inventory approved by both the City of Santa Aha and the Standard <br />Oil Company of California, it being understood that the closing.of <br />this phase of the transaction is contingent upon the concurrent <br />closing of the City of Santa Ana's purchase of real estate from <br />Edwards, et al.
