RESOLUTION NO. 61-285 AUTHORIZING SALE OF CERTAIN SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, heretofor~ on November 6, 1961, the City Council declared certain items of personal property, herein described, to be surplus and directed that the same be sold. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: T~at the following surplus personal property shall be accumulated in the City Hall for the purpose of being available to prospective purchasers for examination, and that the same shall be sold by the Purchasing Agent, Mr. C. S. Markee, on the 20th day of December, 1961, for cash, in one lot or by items, the purchase price to be paid upon the sale being declared by Mr. Markee. Said items are described as: 1 Model #300 Burroughs Accounting Machine 1 Model #400 Burroughs Accounting Machine 1 Model #t00 Burroughs Accounting Machine 2 Desks and stands for Burroughs Accounting Machines 1 Stand for Burroughs Accounting Machine 1 Graphotype Machine 1 Addressograph Machine Class %1700 1 Addressograph Machine Class %1900 1 Auxiliary Automatic Feed for Class %1900 Adressograph Machine 1 Addressograph Plate Cabinet with Stand-30 Drawers with Plates and Frames 2 Addressograph Plate Cabinets-133 Drawers each with Plates and Frames Ten (10) days' notice of this sale shall be given as required by Santa Aha Municipal Code, Section 2611.
