RESOLUTION NO. A1-9BA AUTHORIZING SALE OF HOUSES, <br />DECLARING THE SAME TO BE SURPLUS AND TO BE PERSONAL <br />PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the City acquired certain real property <br />improved with residence structures, which structures must be removed <br />from said property, and said residence structures were declared by <br />the City Council to be surplus, and the removal of the same from the <br />lots by either sale or demolition was authorized on October 2, 1961, <br />and October 16, 1961. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the buildings, located, <br />known and numbered as hereinbelow set out, are hereby declared to be <br />surplus property of the City to be treated and disposed of as personal <br />property, and Mr. C. S. Markee is hereby designated as the person to <br />conduct the sale of said buildings. Said buildings may be sold on or <br />after the 20th day of December, 1961, and notice of intent to sell <br />the same shall be given as required by Santa Aha Municipal Code <br />Section 2611. Said buildings are to be shown in place, and Mr. C. S. <br />Markee is authorized to receive written bids to be opened at an hour <br />stated in said notice, or to conduct a verbal auction at a time and <br />place fixed by him. All sales shall be for cash, and the purchase <br />price shall be paid immediately upon the declaration of the highest <br />bid. Mr. C. S. Markee is hereby authorized to contract for demolition <br />of any of said buildings for which no offer is made. <br /> <br /> The buildings herein referred to are located on real property <br />known and numbered as next hereinbelow set out: <br /> <br /> 642 North Garnsey Street <br /> 628 North Parton Street <br /> 630 North Parton Street <br /> 634 North Garnsey Street <br /> 916-918 King Street <br /> 1002 King Street <br /> 912-914 King Street <br /> 1204 King Street <br /> 1012 King Street <br /> 719-721 North Shelton Street <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
