RESOLUTION NO. 61-29h ACCEPTING DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, J. D. BUCHANAN, EVELYN JOYCE BUCHANAN, JAY DUDLEY <br />BUCHANAN and S. P. I. DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation, have <br />presented to the City a deed dated May 11, 1961, conveying three <br />parcels of real property for street and incidental purposes; <br />Parcel 1 being for the extension of St. Gertrude Place, between <br /> <br />Grand Avenue and the Southern Pacific Railroad; Parcel 2 being located <br /> <br />on the West side of Grand Avenue, <br />being for Hathaway Street, South <br />Place and North of Warner Avenue; <br /> <br />North of Warner Avenue; Parcel 3 <br />from said extension Of 'St. Gertrude <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
