No. 53-76 Adv. for bids Con~t. ~torm sewer on Walnut St. from Maple to Hathaway etc. On motion of Councilman Jerome, eeeouded by Lateen and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance prescribing the procedure for establishing set-back lines in the City of Santa Aha" was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. NS-6 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen William Jerome, J.L.McBride, Thomas F. Larsen, Milford W. Dahl. Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Courtney R. Chandler. On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Councilman McBridE seconded by Jerome and carried, %he following Resolution entitled: "Concerning Parking Limitations and curb markings in accordance therewith# establishing a loading zone on the west side of Sycamore Street between First and Second Street, in accordance with request of Lithographic Arts, Inc., was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 53-7~ and passed by the following vote: Ayes, CoUncilmen Wi!liam.Jerome,~J.L.McBride, Thomas F. Larsen, Milford W. Dahl. None Courtney R. Chandler. McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen # On motion of Councilman plans and specifications for the construction of a 21" and 18" vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewer on Orange Avenue from Dyer Road to Delhi Road and on Delhi Road from Orange Avenue to Rousselle Street, seconded by Lateen and carried, the were approved. # On motion of Councilman~Jarome, following Resolution entitled: #Resolution authorizing and directing the Clerk of the Council to advertise for bids for the construction of a 21" and 18" V.C. pipe sanitary sewer on Orange Avenue from Dyer Road to Delhi Road and on Delhi Road from Orange Avenue to Rousselle Street in the City of Santa Aha and fixing the prevail- ing wage rate" was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 53-75 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen William Jerome, J.L.McBride, Thomas F. Lateen, Milford W. Dahl. Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Oourtney R. Chandler. On motion of Councilman McBride, seconded by Larsen and carried, the plans and specifications for the construction of a 30", 27" and 18" reinforced concrete pipe storm sewer on Walnut Street f~om Maple to Hathaway, on Hathaway from Walnut Street to First Street and on First the Street from Hathaway to McClay St~ee~ were approved.
