B60k 17, Page 182 <br />Cempared, Indexed <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 60-37 GRANTING VARIANCE WHERE <br />COII]DITIONS WERE-~0DIFIED <br /> <br />c: Applicamt, Building, <br />Pl--ning, Public Works <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after hearing, recommended <br />that Varia~ ce be granted on Application No. 1259, filed by Lawrence <br />Lewis ~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council agrees that said Variance should <br /> <br />be granted, it has determined that certain conditions should be <br />modified; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a Variance to permit <br />real property in the City of Santa Ana described as Lots 6, 7, 8, <br />9 and 10, Block 18, of Tract No. 352, to be used as a new and used <br />car sales lot, is hereby granted on Application No. 1259, said <br />property being known and numbered as 1301-3-7-11-15 and 19 Sycamore <br />Street, Santa Ana, upon the basis of findings declared in Planning <br />Commission Resolutio~ No. 5342, and upon the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That a so lid block fence be cons tructed along the <br /> Sycamore Street property line, with entrance and exits <br /> to be constructed in accordance with existing legal <br /> requirements of the City of Santa Ana, and in conform- <br /> ance with the recommendation of the Commission. <br /> <br /> 2. That the fence be 4 feet, 8 inches high except in the <br /> vision zone at the north end along and adjacent to Wilshire <br /> Avenue. <br /> <br /> 3- That the owner replace l0 linear feet of broken sidewalk <br /> on Sycamore Street. <br /> <br /> ~. That the Sout~x~ost driveway be closed and the double <br /> driveway northerly thereof be used. <br /> <br /> 5.
