RESOLUTION NO. 60-45 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED <br />TO ORANGE COAST"HARDWOOD & LUMBER COMPANY <br /> <br /> ~HF~REAS, the City of Santa Aha owns a small parcel of real <br />property containing 1920 square feet, which is too small for use <br />as a building site, and upon the reconmmendatton of the City Manager <br />the Council now determines and declares that said property can have <br />real value only to adjacent owners, and in the hands of any other <br />owner could only be used for purposes of extortion and nuisance <br />value, and an adjacent owner has made an offer of $1,000.00 for the <br />purchase of such property, which the Council has determined to dis- <br />pose of to said adjacent owner under the provisions of the second <br />paragraph of Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 2613; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEP~FORE, ~E IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby ~irected to execute a deed granting to <br />the Orange Coast Hardwood and Lumber Company, a Corporation, that <br />certain re~ property in the County of Orange, State of California, <br />described as: <br /> <br /> That portion oI' the Southwest Quarter of the Eort~west <br /> Quarter of Section 30, in Township 5 South, Range l0 <br /> West, San Be rnardino Base and Meridian, described as <br /> follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest conuer of the ~ortnwest <br /> Quarter of said Section 30, said point being the inter- <br /> section of the center line of Main Street with the monu- <br /> mented center line of Dyer Road and running thence East- <br /> erly along the center line of Dyer Eoad, lbg.00 feet, to <br /> the true point of beginning; thence Northerly parallel <br /> to said center line of ~ain Street, 80.00 feet; thence <br /> Easterly parallel to said center line of Dyer Road 40.00 <br /> feet; taence Southerly parallel to said center line of <br /> Main street, 80.OU feet to the center line of Dyer Road; <br /> thence Westerly along said center line of Dyer Road, 40.00 <br /> feet to the true point of beginning.
