RESOLUTION NO. 60-~8 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES A~0NG EDINGER STREET AND FIX- ING DATE 0P HEARING THEREON. WHEREAS, the Planning Oommission, after public hearing, has recommended future right of way lines as herein set out. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana declares its intention to establish building set- back lines under the designation of Future Right of Way Lines, as follows: (cc) Edin6er Street On both sides between Harbor Boulevard and a point approxi- mately 479 feet West of the centerline of Fairview Street, measured 52 feet North and South of and parallel to the sur vey center line of Edinger Street. On both sides between a point 479 feet West of the center- line of Fairview Street ~ud a point 211 feet East of the centerline o£ Gordon Place, measured 52 feet North and South of and parallel to the construction centerline of Edinger Street. (Reference diagrams 21-31 on file in Eng. Depart- ment). On both sides between a point 211 feet east of the centerltne of Gordon Place and Raitt Street, measured 52 feet North and South of and parallel to the survey centerline of Edinger Street. On the North side between Raitt Street and Bristol Street, measured 40 feet from and at right angles to the survey centerline of Edinger Street. On the South side between Raitt Street and Bristol Street, measured 52 feet South of and par~lel to the survey center- line of Edinger Street. On the North side between Bristol Street and Magnolia Street, measured 40 feet from and at right angles to the survey centerltne of Edinger Street. On the South side between Bristol Street and a point 145 feet East of the centerline of Baker Street, measured 5~ feet from and at right angles to the survey centerline of Edinger Street. On the North side between Sycamore Street and a point 196 feet East of the centerliue of Main Street, measured 74 feet from and at right angles to the survey centerline of Edinger Street. On the South side between Sycamore Street and a point 153 feet East of the center',line of Main Street, measured 30 feet from and at right angles to the survey centerline of Edinger Street.
