Adopt a resolution to (1) certify the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact <br /> Report (SEIR) No. 2022-01 (SCH No. 2020029087), including adoption of <br /> environmental findings of fact pursuant to the California Environmental Quality <br /> Act, (2) adopt a Statement of Overriding Considerations, and (3) adopt the <br /> Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA (1) CERTIFYING THE FINAL <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE RELATED <br /> BRISTOL SPECIFIC PLAN PROJECT (SCH NO. 2020029087), (2)ADOPTING <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS OF FACT AND STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING <br /> CONSIDERATION CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE PROJECT PURSUANT TO <br /> THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT, AND (3) ADOPTING <br /> THE MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> 2.
