Hall reported out the summary of email comments received. <br /> 406 for Agenda Item No. 22. <br /> 2. Lawna Munholland spoke in support of the project. <br /> 3. Doug Mangione spoke regarding IBEW and expressed concern regarding the <br /> lack of agreement with the LA and Orange County building trades. <br /> 4. Thomas Drennan spoke regarding Local 12 and requested the project be <br /> postponed and there be an agreement with the LA and Orange County building <br /> trades. <br /> 5. Brent Beasley spoke in opposition to the project. <br /> 6. Michael Wingen spoke in opposition to the project. <br /> 7. Randy Wetmur spoke in opposition to the project. <br /> 8.
