RESOLUTION NO. ~ ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, H. and J. City a deed dated March for sewer line on the of the Freeway; and WHEREAS, H. and a deed dated March l?, MABURY COMPANY, has delivered to the 17, 1960, conveying a ten-foot easement North side of First Street on the East side J.~NAB~C~M~Y~ has delivered to the City /~B/ 1960, conveying an easement over the Southerly 12 feet of Lot 15 of the Mabu~y Tract for a sewer line; and WHEREAS, GEORGE ~....TAKEYAS~has delivered to the City a deed //~ dated March 18, 1960, conveying an easement for water main purposes on the East side of Newhope, Nort~ of Fifth Street; and WHEREAS, EDNA STENNETT has delivered to the City a deed dated //~ March 15, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the West side of Verano, North of Silver Drive; and WHEREAS, RUBY.. ,,,, McFARLAND~. has delivered to the City a deed dated March lC, 1960, conveying an easement for water main purposes over ten feet of land on the East side of Newhope, South of Seventeenth Street; and WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT has delivered to //~ the City a deed dated February 23, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes over a portion of Parcel C5-1201; and WHEREAS, LUDWIG THOMPSON and ANN THOMPSON have deeded the City //_~/~ a deed dated February 19, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the East side of Harbor, North of Smeltzer ; and WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being paid to grantors by the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thon~ton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptmuce on said deeds.
