RESOLUTION NO. oo-sh ACCEPTING DEED FROM <br />ELIZABETH CARPENTER WHERE CITY IS PAYING $3,475.00 <br />FOR STREET EASEMENT TO WIDEN EAST FIRST STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ELIZABETH CARPENTER has presented to the City <br />Council a grant deed dated Ma~ch 17tn, 1960, in consideration <br />of payment of $3,475.00 conveying property in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of CaLifornia described as an ease- <br />ment for street purposes on the Sout~ side of First Street, East <br />of the Santa Ana River, to be used by the City for the widening <br />of First Street. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
