BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED~ That "South Santa And Annex No. 5" <br />is hereby designated as an appropriate name by which eaid territory <br />shall be known for the purpose of this annexation. <br /> <br /> BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED= ~ That notice is hereby given that <br /> <br />May 9, 1960, at the hour of 5=00 P.M. in the Coul~cil Cl~mbers, <br />City Hall, 3rd and Main Streets, Santa And, California, is the time <br />and place ; fixed at which said council will hear protests against <br />this annexation made by any person ownin~ property within said terri- <br />tory. At any time before said hour any owner of property within <br />said territory may file written protest against this proposed annex- <br />ation.
