RESOLUTION NO. 60-61 OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, A?w. OCATING THE <br /> SUM OF $7500.00 FOR THE PURPOSE EXPRESSED <br /> IN ARTICLE II OF THE MASTER AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIVISION OF HIGH-. <br /> WAYS. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, from funds available ~nder Section 2107.5 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code it has been determined to allocate $7500.00 <br />for engineering of City Streets during the 1960-61 fiscal year; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That it is determined to <br />allocate the sum of $7500.00 for engineering costs as set forth under <br />Article II of the Master Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and <br />the State of Cglifornia Division of Highways, for the fiscal year 1960- <br />61, said sum to be budgeted for work to be done by the City of Santa <br />Ana engineering staff in the Department of Public Works of said City; <br />said budget proposal is hereby adopted and t~Mayor and the Clerk of <br />the Council are directed to sign the same for and on behalf of said <br />City, said budget proposal to be binding upon said City, upon its <br />approval by the authorized officials of the State. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 60-43 is hereby <br />rescinded. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on April 4, 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />STATE OF C~LIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />I, MARION SUT~I~ER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br /> <br /> <br />
