Newly Acquired or Formed Organizations
The following replaces Paragraph 3.a. of Section II—Who Is An Insured:
a. Section III—Limits of Insurance—Aggregate Limit Per Location
The following is added to Paragraph 2. of Section III— Limits Of Insurance:
The General Aggregate Limit applies separately to each "location" of yours. But as soon as you become aware that an "occurrence" or offense is
a liability claim rather than a workers' compensation claim, you must comply with all parts of Paragraph
2. Duties In The Event Of Occurrence, Offense, Claim Or Suit of Section IV—Commercial General
Liability Conditions.
2. Waiver of Subrogation When Required by Written Contract or Agreement
The following is added to Paragraph 8.
