Request of John Gerund <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION . 60-6h <br /> <br />DECLARING YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTION AND CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br />AND CURB ~RKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH~ <br />BE IT RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, <br />Section 21356 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Section 3201, traffic regulations <br />are hereby established as follows$ <br /> <br /> #YIELD RIGHT OF WAY# signs designating Wilshire Avenue to 'yield to~ <br /> <br /> Rene Drive, <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install these signs to effectuate <br />the regulation as hereinabove described: <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle <br />Code, Section 21458, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3213, traffic <br />regulations are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Wilshire Avenue between Rene Drive and Linda Way <br /> <br /> North side, east 20 feet <br /> South side, east 20 feet <br /> <br /> Wilshire Avenue between Rene Drive and Spruce Street <br /> <br /> North side, west 20 feet <br /> South side, west 20 feet <br /> <br /> Rene Drive between Wilshire and Oahl Lane <br /> <br /> West side, south 20 feet <br /> East side, south 20 feet <br /> <br /> Rene Drive between WiIshire and Jan Way~ <br /> <br /> West side, north 20 feet <br /> East side, north 20 feet <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb RED to <br /> <br />effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting <br /> <br />held on the <br />ATTEST~ , <br /> <br />hth day of April , 1960. <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />(S AL) <br /> <br /> <br />
