RESOLUTION NO. 60-70 ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF AFFI- <br />DAVIT OF PUBLICATION OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE PETITION <br />FOR ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND ACCOMPANY- <br />ING STATEMENT, AND APPROVING CIRCULATION OF PETITION IN <br />TERRITORY NOMINATED "SEVENTEENTH AND WRIGHT STREETSN. E~ ANNEX" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there was heretofore filed with the City Council a <br />request for annexation of certain territory, which said request <br />was referred to the Planning Commission, and after approval by <br />said Conunission the City Council adopted Resolution No.60-69 con- <br />senting to the commencement of annexation proceedings; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has now been filed with the Clerk of the <br /> <br />Council of Santa Ana, a copy of NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE <br />PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, accompanied by a statement of reasons for said annex- <br />ation, together with an affidavit of publication showing publica- <br />tion had less than ten days before said filing. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council here- <br /> <br />by accepts receipt of said affidavit notice and statement regard- <br />ing territory nominated "Seventeenth and Wright S~regts N,E'- ~ex" and <br />approves the circulation of the petition for annexation of terri- <br />tory described in said published notice. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 6th day of April, <br /> <br />1960. ~.~ ~ <br />ATTEST: ~: . ~./ _ ~21Y~''~--- <br /> <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL // <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) ~ <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its adjourned regular <br />meeting held on the 6th day of April, 1960, and was at said meeting <br />regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit; <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: <br />COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />Royal E.
