cc: County Recorder & ~ ~ ~ ~/ Cty Surveyor with map c: Pub Wks & Planning RESOLUTION NO. 60-71 ORDERING VACATION AND ABAN- DONMENT OF A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED ALLEY RUNNING SOUTH FROM EIGHTH STREET. WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 21st day of March, 1960, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 60-53 declaring its intention to vacate an unnamed alley therein described, which Resolution was published and posted as required by law; and WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held thereon upon April 18, 1960, upon due notice, and after hearing, the Council has decided that said alley should be vacated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds that the unnamed alley herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby makes its order vacating and abandoning for street purposes, the unnamed alley in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Cali- fornia described as: An alley 19.5 feet wide running North and South between Sixth and Eighth Streets, the Westerly line of which said alley lies 115 feet East of the Easterly line of Patton Street. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of April, 1960.
