BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby grants a Variance on Application No. 1243 to permit the use of property known and numbered as 1832 West Seventeenth Street, Santa Aha, California, lying in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: 1832 West Seventeenth Street, Santa Ana, California A.P. 4-042-09 Portion of Lot 2, Record of Survey 3-7. in a C-iPK District in conformity with the C-1PK uses except that the ten foot required setback in the rear of said lot is hereby waived. Said Variance is hereby granted upon the conditions that: (1) A street easement for the~Ull width of the property involved along Seventeenth Street measured 52 feet in width South of and at right angles to the center- line of Seventeenth Street shall be dedicated to the City. (2) A drive of not less than 10 feet in width along the West side of this Seventeenth Street lot shall be built An order to afford better access to the parking lot. BE IT FURTHER PROVIDED: That all conditions herein pro- vided are necessary requirements for the Variance and said Variance shall not be separable and applicable to any specific parcel of property hereinbefore described.
