RESOLUTION NO. 60-75 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION // WHEREAS, G. HOWARD ROBERTSHAW and ELIETH M. ROBERTSHAW have delivered to the City a deed dated March 25, 1960, convey- ing an easement for street purposes on the North side of Delhi Road , . East of Flower Street; and WHEREAS, HENRY P. SAUTER__~_ and__..FRANCES _.M' SAUTER_ ~ have deliv- ered to the City a deed dated April 9, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the West side of Main Street,South of Roe Drive; and WHEREAS, E L. W L IAMS has delivered to the City a deed t dated April 12, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the East side of Main Street,North of Bachman Drive; and WHEREAS, ~T~ c~ has delivered to the City a deed dated April 6, 1960, conveying an easement for sewer t/ right of way at the North side of First Street on~ the East side of the Santa Ana Freeway; and WHEREAS, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY has delivered to the City a deed dated April 6, 1960, conveying a temporary easement for the purpose of constructing a sewer right of way on the North side of First Street on the East side of the Santa Aha Freeway; and WHEREAS, ~_E DEV~_LOPMENT COMPANY has delivered to the City a deed dated March 16, 1960, conveying an easement for drain- age purposes in Tract 2905; and WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being paid to said grantors by the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day, of April, 1960. ATTEST: CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
