RESOLUTION NO. 60-81 AMENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION <br />NO. 58-281 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and <br />adopted Resolution No. 58-281 revising and establishing the Basic <br />Compensation Plan for employees of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add one class of employment <br />to the lists of class titles contained in said Resolution and to <br />allocate to said new class titles salary and wage schedule numbers; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution <br />58-281 is hereby amended by adding to said Section 3 in proper <br />alphabetized sequence the following class title with the salary <br /> <br />and wage schedule set opposite it as <br /> CLASS TITLE <br /> BUYER <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />effect upon adoption. <br /> <br /> next herein set out: <br /> <br /> $~HEDULE NO. <br /> <br /> 33 <br /> <br />That this amendment shall take <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of April, 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />C'5~RK OF T~HE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF~JtNGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting <br />held on the 18th day of April, 1960, and was at said meeting <br />regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
