Resolution No. 2024-XXX <br />Page 9 of 10 <br /> <br />1 The Mayor, City Council, City Manager, City Attorney, Executive Director of Finance <br />and Management Services Agency, and Planning Commissioners file Economic <br />Disclosure Form 700 directly with the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) per <br />Government Code Section 87200. <br /> <br />2 City Consultants shall be included when the City Manager determines in writing that a <br />particular consultant is hired to perform duties that would constitute a “designated <br />position.” Such written determination shall include a description of the consultant’s <br />duties and, based upon the description, a statement of the extent of disclosure <br />requirements. The determination by the City Manager is a public record and shall be <br />retained for public inspection in the same manner and location as this conflict of interest <br />code.
