Proclamation presented by Councilmember Bacerra to the Planning and <br />Building Agency declaring October 2024 as National Community Planning <br />Month <br /> <br />MINUTES: Councilmember Bacerra presented a proclamation to the Planning and <br />Building Agency declaring October 2024 as National Community Planning Month. <br /> <br />4. Certificate of Recognition presented by Councilmember Lopez to CRECE <br />Urban Farms for Outstanding Contributions to the Community <br /> <br />MINUTES: Councilmember Lopez presented a certificate of recognition to CRECE <br />Urban Farms for Outstanding Contributions to the Community. <br /> <br />ADDITIONS\DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall announced a revised staff report for Agenda Item <br />No. 13 and stated staff’s request to remove Agenda Item No. 21. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT – The City Attorney will report on any action(s) from Closed <br />Session. <br /> <br />MINUTES: City Attorney Sonia Carvalho stated there was no reportable action. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS – Public comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting <br />for ALL comments on agenda and non-agenda items. <br /> <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall reported out the summary of email comments <br />received: one (1) Agenda Item No. 19, ten (10) Agenda Item No. 22, 76 Agenda Item <br />No. 26, and 17 non-agenda comments. <br /> <br />The following speakers addressed City Council in-person: <br /> <br />1. Paul Guzman spoke regarding the Cultura magazine and Fiestas Patrias. <br /> <br />2.
