RESOLUTION NO.60-100 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, ~E. RTRUM C. COFFEY, JR. has presented to the City a deed dated May 5, 1960, conveying property for the widening of Seventeenth Street on the South side; and WHEREAS, KENNETH C. AND MARCIA PRICE have presented to the City a deed dated May llth, 1960, granting easement for street purposes for Dahl Lane, West of Fairview and Huron Drive; and WHEREAS, EVERETT AND LUCILLE KRUWELL and KENNETH AND LUCILLE ~ have presented to the City a deed dated May 3, 1960, con- veying eaSement for street purposes on the East side of Main, South of Fourteenth; and WHEREAS, ROY TODD and ~ TODD have presented to the City a deed dated May 12, 1960, conveying easement for street purposes on the East side of Main, South of Edgewood; and WHEREAS, JOSEPHINE M. ~EILLY has presented to the City a deed dated M~y 11, 1960, conveying easement for street purposes on the East side of Main, South of Bachman Drive; and WHEREAS, RUTH W. GUEST, has presented to the City a deed dated May 11, 1960, conveying easement for street purposes on the East side of Main, North of Bachman Drive; and WHEREAS, FAIRLANE HOMES, INC. has presented to the City a deed dated March 31, 1960, granting easement for drainage purposes in Tract No. 3656; and WHEREAS, ~W.. C. AND FLOY B. COOPER have presented a deed dated April 12, 1960, BERNARD AND MARY JONES have presented to the City a deed dated April 24, 1960, CH~, RLES AND JUNE ROBERTSON have presented to the City a deed dated April 25, 1960, THEODORE -------------- J. A_ND..._NQ~_.W~A~__~¥ have presented to the City a deed dated April 24, 1960, and JACK AND RUTH MATSUDA have presented to the City a deed dated April 29, 1960, in each case granting an easement for sewer purposes along the West side of Newhope, South of Bolsa; and
