3. That all access rights to Pine and Sycamore Streets be <br />dedicated to the City, it being understood that City will <br />quitclaim back to owner access across one area for one <br />driveway at a place to be agreed upon. <br /> <br />4. That no illuminated sign will be allowed on Sycamore <br />Street and that anynon-illuminated sign must be of a size <br />approved by the City, and in accordance with City regulations. <br /> <br />5. That any lighting on the Sycamore Street side of said <br />property be of a reflector or shielded type so that no part <br />of said light shall shine into or upon the property immedi- <br />ately South of this parcel. <br /> <br />6.
