To cover the cost for revised floor finished treatment for existing sealed concrete per RFI#24 <br /> and RFI#9 (PCO#014). <br /> AGREED COST: $41,711.43 <br /> 3. To cover the cost for the catch basin placement due to an existing footing and extending the <br /> roof storm drainpipe location per RFI#77 (PCO#026). <br /> AGREED COST:$941.86 <br /> 4. To cover the cost of the furnishing and installing of both the additional blocking and backing as <br /> well as the plywood sheathing for the folding wall shelves as per RFI#58 (PCO#029). <br /> AGREED COST: $7,131.27 <br /> 5. To cover the cost for installing 2' high plywood backing per RFI#90 and finish with drywall to <br /> structure per RFI#13 (PCO#031). <br /> AGREED COST: $3,046.20 <br /> 6. To cover the cost for replacing four faulty dampers with similar models and installing a UL-listed <br /> control relay as required by applicable life safety codes per HVAC Inspection & Code <br /> Compliance (PCO#033). <br /> AGREED COST:$7,518.36 <br /> 7. To cover the cost for saw cutting the existing concrete slap and demolishing the previously <br /> installed wood wall and related rough-ins per RFI#102 (PCO#035). <br /> AGREED COST: $5,493.33 <br /> 8.
