RESOLUTION NO. 60-109 ACCEPTING SEVEN DEEDS WHERE CITY IE PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION, ONE GRANT DEED AND ONE QUITCLAIM DEED WHERE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, _EARL, LELAND EDNEY has presented to the City a deed / dated May 18, 1960, granting to the City Lot 25 of Tract No. 1415 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 42, Pages 29,30 and 31 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, in consideration of $12,000.00. Said property is located on the Northeast corner of Edinger and Baker Streets; and WHEREAS, ARTHUR L. RASMUSSEN, HAROLD O. RASMUSSEN, ALVIN /~ RASMUSSEN, HILGA JOHNSON and LILLIAN WILKIE have presented to the City a deed dated April 15, 1960, granting to the City a parcel described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of Garnsey Street 255 feet South of the South line of Hickey Street; thence West 125 feet; thence South 50 feet; thence East 125 feet; thence North 50 feet to the point of beginning, in consideration of $10,500.00. Said property is located in the Civic Center area; and WHEREAS, THE FIRST FREE METHODIST CHURCH OF SAN'£A ANA, a religious corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated January 11, 1960, granting street easement on the East side of Bristol Street, South of Eighth Street, in consideration of the payment of $750.00; and ~-~ ~a WHEREAS, PEERLESS CONCRETE PIPE CORPORATION~_ a corporation, /3// s presented to the City a deed dated June 3, 1960, granting street easement on the North side of Fifth Street and on the East side of King Street, for no cash consideration; and WHEREAS, ..~LORENCE PILCH has presented to the City a deed dated/~/~ April 5, 1960, conveying an easement for water main purposes on the South side of Westminster Avenue, East of Harbor Boulevard, in con- sideration of $140.00; and -1-
