RESOLUTION NO. 60-/10 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION. WHEREAS, BEKINS VAN AND STORAGE COMPANY, a corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated May 17, 1960, granting easement for street purposes on the West side of Main Street, South of Arnett Drive; and flgS WHEREAS, ELMER LEROY BENSON and ALICE M. BENSO~_have presented//g~ to the City a deed dated April 25, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the North side of Seventeenth Street, West of Old Tustin Road; and WHEREAS, THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body politic and corporate, has presented to the City a deed dated April 26, 1960, conveying easement for drainage purposes from Tract No. 3637 into the Santa Ana River; and WHEREAS, RAYMOND C. ERHARDT and LAURA EPd{ARDT have presented //~ to the City a deed dated May 24, 1960, granting an easement for street purposes on the East side of Main Street, North of Owens Drive; and WHEREAS, VERNON L. VALENTINE and JOSEPHINE E. VALENTINE and H ~ ~ ~RED R. WAUGH and RUTH E. WAUGH have presented to the City a deed dated' April 26, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the West ' side of Main Street, South of Arnett Drive; and WHEREAS, ND-MARTS, INC., a corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated April 22, 1960, on the West side of Main Street, WHEREAS, SANTA ANA MOTEL, granting easement for street purposes South of Arnett Drive; and a partnership, composed of Paul E. i1~ Berger, Trustee and Helen M. Berger, Trustee, has presented to the City a deed dated May 24, 1960, granting an easement for street purposes on the West side of Main Street, South of Roe. Drive; and WHEREAS, HENRY G.
