No. 252, in accordance with the Amendmentl <br /> <br />Application of John F. Shoemaker, was introduced, considered and place~ <br /> <br />on file for second reading. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of <br /> <br />the Ordinance, on~ <br /> <br />motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Larsen and carried, the <br />following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />by amending Article IX ~hereof creating changes <br />in District Boundaries and by amending Sheet <br />Number 31 of the Districting Map to show the <br />reclassification" <br /> <br />from R-1 and R-2 to C-2 Zone certain lots in Block "A" and "B" in <br />Tract No. 531, in accordance with Amendment Application of E.C. <br /> <br />Missildine, was consSdered, designated Ordinance No. NS-11 and passed <br /> <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />William Jerome, J.L.MoBride, <br /> Thomas F. Richards, foz. easement deeds for <br /> <br />street purposes, for the widening of So~th Main Street. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, reading <br /> <br />of Resolution was waived, amending Resolution No. 53-60 requesting <br /> <br />acquisition aid for the Fire Department Headquarters Building site <br />estimated at $29,020.90 and formerly estimated at $28,857.40, <br />designated Resolutio~ Nol 53-124 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Councilmen William Jerome, J.L.McBride, <br /> <br />.Noes, Councilmen <br /> Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Thomas F.
