ADDITIONSIDELETIONS TO CLOSED SESSION <br />MINUTES: None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS-- Members of the public may address the City Council on Closed <br />Session items. <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall stated one comment was received regarding <br />Closed Session Agenda Item No. 3. <br />RECESS — City Council will recess to Closed Session for the purpose of conducting <br />regular City business. <br />MINUTES: Mayor Amezcua recessed to consider the Closed Session items at 4:12 P.M. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS — The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain <br />matters without members of the public present.
