RESOLUTION NO. 60-119 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, ROBERT E. SNELGROVE and ANGELINE SNELGROVE have pre- sented to the City a deed dated June 9, 1960, granting to the City Lot 6 in Block"B" of Chilton Tract Addition to Santa Ana as per map recorded in Book 34 at Page 93 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Los Angeles County, California. Said property is located on the West side of Garnsey Street, the sixth lot North of Sixth Street, and is known and nuntbered as 622 - 624 - and 626 North Garnsey Street, in consideration of $24,500.00; and WHEREAS, WALTER L. LINDAUER and RUTH T. LINDAUER have presented~ to the City a deed dated June 2, 1960, granting to the City two par- cels of land located on the Northwest corner of Fifth and King Streets, in the City of Santa Ana, in consideration of $21,500.00; and WHEREAS, DERTHA E- HEIN~ICHS has presented to the City a deed ~ dated June 14, 1960, granting to the City the South 52.65 feet of Lot 1 of Visel's Addition to Santa Aha, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 3, Page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. Said property is located on the East side of Garnsey Street, South of Eighth Street, in consideration of $10,450.00; and WHEREAS, CHARLES TAYLOR and BERTHA TAYLOR, and ~EST~? TAYLO~___~__~R //~ have presented to the City a deed dated June 9, 1960, granting to the City Lot 6 in Block "A", Chilton Tract Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map reeo~ded in Book 34, Page 93 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. Said property is located on the West sade of Patton Street, South of Eighth Street, in consideration of $13,625.00; and WHEREAS, NUGENT leGRAND COMAN and MARY MAY COMAN have presented to the City a deed dated June 16, 1960, granting to the City Lots 8 and ~l-
