On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Larsen and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance amending Santa Ana Municipal Code by amending Article IX thereof creating changes in district boundaries and by amending Sheet Number 22 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification# of the property located at the northwest corner of 17th and B~istol Streets from R-1 and R-2 to 0-2 District, in accordance with the Amen ment Application of Allison Honer, was introduced, considered and ~laced on file for second reading. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, or motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Larsen and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: #Ordinance amending Santa Aha Municipal Code by amending Article IX thereof creating changes in district boundaries and by amending Sheet Number 42 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification" of the property on the north side of OccidentaI.Street between Cypres~ and Main Streets from %he R-2 to the C-1 District, being Lots 10, 11. and 12 in Block "J" of Tract No. 252, in accordance with the Amendmenl Application of John F. Shoemaker, was considered, designated Ordinance No. NS-12 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen William Jerome, J.L.McBride, Thomas F.
