RESOLUTION NO. oO-12h <br />CONCERNING INTERSECTION CONTROL IN ACCORDANCE THERWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, <br />Sections 21351~ 21354 aud 21356~ and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201~ the <br />City of Santa Aha declares that: YIELD intersection adopted by Resolution 57-178 on <br />first day of July 1957~ is hereby repealed and rescinded as follows: <br /> <br /> All East and West bound traffic on Eighth Street shall YIELD RIGHT OF WAY <br /> to traffic on Spurgeon Street. <br /> <br /> STOP intersection is hereby established as follows: <br /> <br />All East and Westbound traffic on Eighth Street shall STOP to traffic on <br />Spurgeon Street. <br />The Director of Public Works is hereby directed to place the appropriate signs and <br />markings to effectuate the above declarations. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting <br /> <br />held on the 20th day of June 1960. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> · ' Clerk~of' the Council <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br /> <br />CITY OF S~NTA ANA <br /> <br /> ) <br /> )ss <br /> ) <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana; and that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced to said <br /> <br />Council at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of June 1960, <br /> <br />and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
