MGT Impact Solutions LLC (MGT) believes that we <br />offer the City solutions that will meet your specific objectives while providing the best value. <br />MGT is uniquely qualified to provide the City with the best staffing and highest level of service <br />available in the state mandate claiming area. Our primary goal for this SB 90 engagement is to <br />produce and file state mandated cost claims that maximize revenue while being technically <br />sound and accurate. We will continue to provide the City with our turn -key approach to state <br />mandated cost claiming while minimizing the impact on your department staff and resources. <br />• Full Suite of SB 90 Services Tailored for the City — MGT continues to offer a full suite <br />of SB 90 services to the City with all annual claims due on February 151', plus all new or <br />first-time claims that are due during the fiscal year, for a fixed fee. Please see the cost <br />section in this proposal for pricing details. In addition to annual and new claim <br />preparation, this proposal includes up to four hours of audit assistance plus SB 90 <br />program training and updates on what's happening with SB 90 payments and future <br />eligible programs. <br />• Leaders in Local Government SB 90 Services — No other firm comes close to meeting <br />our staff experience, knowledge, and expertise.
