RESOLUTION NO. -6~._-~__ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ELIAS G. BELTRAN and ELVIRA BELTRAN have presented <br />to the City a deed dated June 29, 1960, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the North side of First Street, West of Baker <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS ~o¥ c. RR~nT.Ry and MAUDIE O. BRADLEY have presented <br />to the City a deed dated June 23, 1960, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the West side of Greenville Street, North of <br />Pomona; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS ADENINE RUTH BLOWER an4 DIAN~E '~U~E~ ~DD¥, have pre- /~ <br />sented to the City a deed dated ~ay 25, 1960, conveying an easement <br />for street purposes on the East side of Main Street, North of Edgewood <br />Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS ~O~N~ BLOWER aD.d ADELINE R.. BLOW.ER and.~$ G.!RARD f~%~ <br />~have presented to the City a deed dated June 22, 1960, conveying <br />to the City an easement for street purposes on the East side of Main <br />Street, North of Edgewood Road.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS LONG B~ACH LEASING CORPORATION and JOHN B. KILROY, have <br />presented to the City a deed dated June 6, 1960, conveying an easement <br />for street purposes on the West side of Fairview Street between Delhi <br />Road and Segerstrom Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS all of said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds <br />and Carl J.
