RESOLUTION NO. b0-136 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING EO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HONER DEVELOPi~ENT COMPAh~, a corporation, ~nd /~ ~ <br /> <br />,ALLISON HONER COMPAiqY, a co-partnership, have presented to the City <br />a deed dated July 13, 1960, conveying vehicular access rights on the <br />West side of Bristol Street, North of Seventeenth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GARDENDALE DEVELOPb~NT COMPANy_, a corporation, has <br />presented to the City a deed dated July 1, 19~0, conveying an ease- <br />ment for water line purposes from Corta Drive to Sugar Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 'I~at the City accepts said <br />deeds and Carl J.
