J. That Measure DID voted upon by the voters of Santa Ana at the Election is as <br />follows: <br />Shall the City of Santa Ana City Charter be amended to allow, by YES <br />the November 2028 general municipal election, noncitizen City NO <br />residents to vote in all City of Santa Ana municipal elections? <br />That as a result of the election, a majority of voters voting on Measure DID did <br />not vote in favor of said measure. <br />K. That Measure EE voted upon by the voters of Santa Ana at the Election is as <br />follows: <br />Shall the City of Santa Ana City Charter be amended to delete YES <br />references to obsolete job titles and obsolete bonding <br />requirements, specify that all department heads are at -will <br />employees, address definitions of funds and levies for compliance NO <br />with state law, authorize limited purchasing authority for the City <br />Clerk and City Attorney and require the City Council to adopt an <br />ordinance to enforce the Ethics Code? <br />That as a result of the election, a majority of the voters voting on Measure EE <br />did vote in favor of it and, as such, the Measure was carried and shall be <br />forwarded to the Secretary of State for inclusion in the City of Santa Ana <br />Charter. <br />L. That Measure FF voted upon by the voters of Santa Ana at the Election is as <br />follows: <br />Shall the City of Santa Ana City Charter be amended to index YES <br />Council compensation at a salary of thirty three (33%) percent of NO <br />that of an Orange County Superior Court Judge? <br />That as a result of the election, a majority of voters voting on Measure FF did <br />not vote in favor of said measure. <br />Section 2.
