For the county, the <br />White population, including the population below the federal poverty line, received the highest <br />scores in low poverty, labor market participation, jobs proximity, and environmental health. <br />Hispanic communities scored the lowest in low poverty, school proficiency, and labor market <br />participation. Asian or Pacific Islander (non -Hispanic) communities scored the lowest in <br />environmental health and jobs proximity, and was most likely to use public transit. <br />
