Bnok 17, Page 260 Compared Indexed 2 cc: Public Works C; Affidavit of Posting - DPW RESOLUIION NO. 60-~ RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTEbDENT, APPROVING REPORT AhD ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FILRD WITH THE TAX COLLECTOR BE IT RESOLVF]) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, WH~REAS~ the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did, on the 4th day of April, 1960, pass Resolution No. 60-68~ determining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and which attain such a large growth as to become a fire mena&ce when dry and which are noxious and dangerous were growing upon the streets, sidewalks, and private property in the City of Santa Aha, described in the itemized report submitted herewith; and WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of May, 1960, the City Council further passed Resolution No. 60-83, ordering the Street Superintendent of said City to abate such public nuisance; and WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given notice as required by law, in which notice the 1st day August, 1960, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. ~., was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said report might be heard; and WHEREAS, at the time set the Street Superintendent submitted the said report, and all of said protests or objections to said report having been heard; and IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that all of said protests or objections to the said report of the work done, be, and the same are hereb¥~ overruled, and the report affirmed; and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is herebyF directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector.
