WHEREAS, RICHARD PIASTER and ESTHER HASTER have presented / ~ to the City a deed dated July 19, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the North side of First Street, East of Sullivan Street; and ~EREAS, ~.AROLE MAE FAMULARO has presented to the City a /,3 deed dated July 22, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South side of First Street, West of King Street; and WHEREAS, DOUGLAS-GUARDIAN WAREHOUSE CORPORATION, a Louisiana Corporation, has presented to the City a Quitclaim Deed dated July 7, 1960, quitclaiming to the City their interest in an easement for street purposes on the North side of Fifth Street, East of Sullivan Street; and ?~EREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being paid to said grantors by the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on each of said deeds. PASSED AS~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1960.
