and hereby finds and declares that said territory is uninhabited

<br />the date of the adoption of this Resolution; that said territory is

<br />contiguous to the City of Santa Aha, lies in the County of Orange,

<br />State of California, and is described as:

<br /> Beginning at a point 180.00 feet North 0° 02' 00" East
<br />from the intersection of the centerlines of Seventeenth
<br />Street and Wright Street as shown on a Record of Survey
<br />map, filed in Book 8, page 24, of Records of Surveys in the
<br />office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
<br />said point being an angle point in the city boundary of the
<br />City of Santa Ana, California and running along the follow-
<br />ing three courses, bearings based on said centerline of
<br />Wright Street as being North 0° 02' 00" East as shown on
<br />said Record of Survey map; thence North 0° 02' 00" East
<br />along said centerline of Wright Street 876.00 feet; thence
<br />North 89° 58' 20" East 830.01 feet; thence North 0° 02' 00"
<br />East 528.00 feet; thence Easterly 834.52 feet, more or less,
<br />to a point in the West line of Lot 9, Block A of the A. B.
<br />Chapman Tract as surveyed by Frank Le Couvreur in December
<br />of 1870, described according to map of Survey filed in
<br />Book 9, page 39, Records of Surveys in said office of the
<br />County Recorder of Orange County, said point being 264.49
<br />feet, Northerly from the Southwest corner of said Lot 9;
<br />thence Southerly along the West line of said Lot 9 a distance
<br />of 264.49 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 9; thence
<br />Easterly along the South line of said Lot 9 a distance of
<br />664.62 feet, more or less, to a point in the Southerly exten-
<br />sion of the West line of the "Royal and Rosetta Mueller"
<br />property as shown on a Record of Survey map, filed in Book 6,
<br />page 2, Records of Survey in said office of the County
<br />Recorder of Orange County and thence, along the following
<br />six courses the bearings of which are based on the centerline
<br />of Tustin Street as being North 0° 21'45" West as shown on
<br />said Record of Survey map, North 0° 17' 25" West 542.50 feet,
<br />more or less, to the Northwest corner of said "Royal and
<br />Rosetta Mueller" property; thence North 89° 49' 15" East
<br />1132.10 feet, more or less, to the West line of Tustin Street,
<br />60.00 feet wide; thence South 0° 21' 45" East along a line
<br />parallel with and 30 feet Westerly, measured at right angles,
<br />from the centerline of said Tustin Street 1190.95 feet, more
<br />or less, to an angle point in the City boundary of said City
<br />of Santa Aha; thence North 88° 45' West along said City
<br />boundary 148.50 feet, more or less, to an angle point in said
<br />City boundary; thence North 77° 45' West along said city
<br />boundary 63.36 feet, more or less, to an angle point in said
<br />City boundary; thence North 48° 30' West along said City
<br />boundary 128.70 feet, more or less, to an angle point in said
<br />City boundary and to the Northwest corner of that certain
<br />property conveyed to Elmer Le Roy Benson and wife as recorded
<br />August 12, 1946 in Book 1444, page 266, Official Records of
<br />said Orange County; thence Southerly along the West line of
<br />said Benson property and along said City boundary 719.00 feet,
<br />more or less, to a line 40.00 feet Northerly, measured at
<br />right angles, from the centerline of Seventeenth Street and
<br />to an angle point in said City boundary; thence Westerly along
<br />said City boundary 2,126.50 feet, more or less, to the Northerly
<br />extension of the centerline of Mabury Street and to an angle
<br />point in said City boundary; thence Southerly along said City
<br />boundary and along the Northerly extension of said centerline
<br />of Mabury Street 40.00 feet to the centerline of Seventeenth
