RESOLUTION NO. 60-158 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HENRY ANGELSEN has presented to the City a deed <br /> <br />dated August 4, 1960, conveying Lot 1 of Visel's Addition to the <br />Town of Santa Ana as shown on a map recorded in Book 3, Page 17 of <br />Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, excepting <br />therefrom the South 52.65 feet, in the City of Santa Ana and located <br />in the Civic Center area on the Southeast corner of Eighth and <br />Garnsey Streets, in consideration of the payment of $13,075.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, S. N, S. BUILDERS, a joint venture composed of Harry /~. <br /> <br />K. Stanley, William G. Sommerville and Irwin B. Newhouse, has presented <br />to the City a deed dated July 27, 1960, granting Lots 10 and 11 of <br />Tract No. 3737, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 132, Pages 26 and <br /> <br />27 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, in <br />consideration of the payment of $10,000.00. (Refer to Res~No. 60-128) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
