RESOLUTION NO. 60-159 OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ~A ADOPTING BUDGET AND <br />APPROVING M~2~OKANDUM OF AGRW~M~NT FC~ EXPEN- <br />DITURE OF GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY <br />STREETS <br /> <br /> ~TEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to be entered into <br />with the State of California in accordance with a project statement submitted <br />by the City of Santa Aha for expenditure of the gas tax allocation to Cities <br />for the fiscal year 1960-61, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in i~11 and is <br />familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> <br /> THEREm~ORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of pro- <br />posed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to Cities, and said agreement be <br />and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council <br />are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be <br />binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the <br />State. <br /> <br /> ADOP'~ this 15th , day of August , 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- <br />duced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 15th . day of <br /> <br /> Aug,, ,s~,., , 1960, and was at said meeti~ regularly passed and adopted <br />by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Royal E.
