RESOLUTION NO. 60-169 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HALE T. BARKER and MARGARET BARKER have presented [..c" <br />to the City a deed dated August 11, 1960, granting to the City <br />one parcel of land located on the Southwest corner of Standard <br />Avenue and Chestnut Street in the City of Santa Aha in consider- <br />ation of the payment of $7,650.00. Said transaction is to be <br />handled through Escrow No. 45142-B with the Security Title Insurance <br />Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHE S, SO HE C IFORNIA EDISON CO PA , a California <br /> <br />corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated July 18, 1960, <br />conveying an easement for street purposes located on the Southeast <br />corner of Sullivan and First Streets in the City of Santa Ana in <br />consideration of the payment of $240.00. Said transaction is to <br />be handled without an Escrow. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
