R~SOLUTION NO. 60-16~ ACCEPTING DEEDS WHER~ THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION ~EREAS, J. VICTOR LELAURIN and BERNYCE W. LE LAURIN have presented to the City a deed dated August 16, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South side of Seventeenth Street, West of Berrydale Street; and WHEREAS, the SANTA ANA HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT has presented to/~ the city a deed dated August 25, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes for a portion of Raitt Street West of Tract No. 1907; and WHEREAS, ANTON H. SEGERSTROM and NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM and VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR. I~ SEGERSTROM, and ANN SEGERSTROM have presented to the City a deed dated August 23, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South side of Delhi Road frem Fairview Street to Greenville Street; and WHEREAS, BEAXWOOD BUILDERS, INC., a corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated August 29, 1960, conveying an easement for drainage purposes across Tract No. 2905 for Tract No. 3652; ~and WHEREAS,.MACCO CORPORATION has presented to the City a deed dated July 28, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes for a portion of Raitt Street in Tract No. 1907; and WHEREAS, MACCO CORPORATION has presented to the City a deed dated July 28, 1960, conveying a drainage easement North of the Northwest corner of Tract No. 1907; and WHEREAS, .MACCO CORPORATION has presented to the City a deed dated July 28, 1960, conveying a drainage easement East of Tract No. 1907; and WHEREAS, ANDREW F. JANNETT and VIRGINIA R. JANNETT have presented to the city a deed dated July 21, 1960, conveying an ease- ment for street purposes on the East side of Grand Avenue, North of Seventeenth Street; and -1-
