RESOLUTION NO. 60-177 ACCEPTING DEED WHERE <br />CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ALBERT A~.MADZOEFF and HELEN MADZOEFF have presented <br />to the City a deed dated September 6, 1960, granting to the City <br />a parcel of land and an easement for road purposes, located on the <br />East side of Flower Street, South of Eighth Street, in the City of <br />Santa Ana, in consideration of the payment of $25,200.00. Said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45268-C with the <br />Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broad,ray, Santa Ana, <br />California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
