BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the 7th day of November, 1960, <br /> <br />at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third <br /> <br />and 14ain Streets, Santa Ana, California, is hereby fixed as the <br /> <br />time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting <br /> <br />to said vacation, and the City Council declares its intention to <br /> <br />proceed with said vacation under the provisions of the public Service <br /> <br />Easements Vacation Law (Government Code, Sections 50430 through <br /> <br />50445). <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to publish a <br /> <br />copy of this Resolution in the Register for at least two successive <br /> <br />weeks prior to the hearing, and the Director of Public Works is <br /> <br />hereby ordered to post conspicuously along the lines of said <br /> <br />easement notices stating the adoption of this Resolution and giving <br /> <br />notice of the time and place of hearing as set out herein. Said <br /> <br />notices shall be posted not more than three hundred feet apart and <br /> <br />at least three notices shall be posted.
