Carlos Perea spoke in support Agenda Item No. 31 and offered edits to the <br />resolution. <br /> <br />7. Olivia Arzate (translation: Spanish) spoke in support of Agenda Item No. 31. <br /> <br />8. Tim Johnson spoke regarding Boards and Commissions vacancies and Agenda <br />Item No. 14. <br /> <br />9. Dale Helvig spoke in support of Agenda Item Nos. 29 and 30. <br /> <br />10. April L. expressed concern regarding the homeless population and spoke regarding <br />public safety. <br /> <br />11.
