Equipment <br />All computer-related and electronic equipment purchased with funds provided under this Contract or <br />which are furnished to Subrecipient by County shall be considered “Equipment.” This includes, but is not <br />limited to laptops, desktop computers, iPads, cell phones, PDAs, cameras, and DVD players. Title to all <br />items of Equipment purchased vests and will remain in County, and as such shall be designated by <br />County’s Project Manager. The use of such items of Equipment is limited to the performance of this <br />Contract. Upon the termination of this Contract, Subrecipient shall immediately return any items of <br />Equipment to County or its representatives or dispose of them in accordance with the directions of <br />County’s Project Manager. <br /> <br />Subrecipient further agrees to the following: <br /> <br />A. To maintain all items of Equipment in good working order and condition, except for normal wear and <br />tear. <br /> <br />B. To label all items of Equipment, do periodic inventories as required by County’s Project Manager and <br />to maintain an inventory list showing where and how the Equipment is being used, in accordance with <br />procedures developed by County’s Project Manager. All such lists shall be submitted to County’s Project <br />Manager within ten (10) days of the request, therefore Inventory lists must be maintained for four (4) <br />years after final disposition of property. <br /> <br />C. To report in writing to County’s Project Manager immediately after discovery, the loss or theft of any <br />items of Equipment. For stolen items, the local law enforcement agency must be contacted, and a copy of <br />the police report submitted to County’s Project Manager. <br /> <br />D. To purchase a policy or policies of insurance covering loss or damage to any and all Equipment <br />purchased under this Contract, in the amount of the full replacement value thereof, providing protection <br />against the classification of fire, extended coverage, vandalism, malicious mischief and special extended <br />perils (all risks) covering the Parties’ interests as they appear. <br /> <br />E. The purchase of any Equipment by Subrecipient shall be requested by Subrecipient in writing, shall <br />require the prior written approval of the Administrator and shall fulfill the provisions of this Contract <br />which are appropriate and directly related to Subrecipient’s service or activity under the terms of this <br />Contract. County may refuse reimbursement for any costs resulting from Equipment purchased, which are <br />incurred by Subrecipient, if prior written approval has not been obtained from County’s Project Manager. <br /> <br /> <br />31. Compliance with Law - Contract: <br />In its performance under this Contract, Subrecipient shall fully comply with the requirements of the <br />following, whether or not otherwise referred to in this Contract: <br /> <br />A. WIOA and all applicable Federal statues, regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including but <br />not limited to, 20 CFR Parts 676 through 678 and Parts 675, 679 through 687. <br />EXHIBIT 2
