RESOLUTION NO. 60-188 DECLARING INTENTION TO <br />ELIMINATE ONE-WAY TRAFFIC ON SYCAMORE STREET <br />AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE <br />NECESSARY ACTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council has determined that Sycamore Street as <br />carrying traffic in a Northerly direction only, <br />the best interests of the community; and <br /> <br />after much discussion and consideration, the City <br /> <br /> it now exists, <br /> <br /> is not serving <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Carl J.
